Spacious and bright studio apartment sleeps up to two people in central Amsterdam right by China Town and close to central station, the Red Light District, Old Church and Dam Square.
Studio Boom Apartment Amsterdam is a perfect short term accommodation not just because of its central locality but because it is well furnished and incredibly spacious compared to a hotel. Overlooking a pretty canal it allows you to relax while eating or getting ready for a top city adventure. It has an incredibly tall ceiling that has allowed for a unique design where the spacious double bedroom area is perfectly separated on a higher level overlooking the living area. You will find a comfortable light and airy space with white walls, laminate flooring and a stylish wooden and fabric chair with red and pink flowers and some colourful cushions. There is also a cosy white sofa, a glass coffee table placed over a light grey fluffy rug and a funky dining table with chairs by the stairs to the bedroom. Two single beds are provided. A white kitchenette is under the loft area. The apartment also has a white tiled bathroom that’s furnished with a toilet, sink with storage and mirror and a glass shower unit.
This lovely studio apartment is centrally located next to Nieuwmarkt square and Amsterdam’s China Town. The square has many cafes and a daily market as well as an organic food market on Saturdays and an antiques and books market on Sundays. You’ll notice a historic building known as the Waag; formerly a gate in the medieval city walls it is now a café/restaurant. In China Town there are many authentic Chinese restaurants (the ones with the ducks hanging in the front windows have the most authentic menu) and also the beautiful Fo Guang Shan temple. Past China Town you’ll come to another popular tourist hangout the Red Light District which makes everyone curious and you could even tour it with a guide who’ll talk you through its history. The Old Church is located in the Red Light District while the busy Dam Square is about 8 minutes away where you can go shopping or admire the Royal Palace, National Monument and the New Church. Amsterdam’s central station is a convenient short walk away too.

A very pleasant spacious apartment offering good value compared with some of the very small hotel rooms in the central area. The owners live next door and are extremely hospitable and helpful. This place was a real find!

Short Stay Apartments made everything so easy! After some research online, my partner and I picked a neighborhood, compared prices and booked. It was that easy!
