This exceptional apartment involves a combination of tradition and contemporariness, boasting great convenience and style, creating a perfect place to stay for up to four persons.
Enjoy the beauty of the interiors, taking advantage of many original Dutch accents contrasted smoothly with a range of modern additions. The toned-down color palette makes for a cosy and tranquil mood while the set of many functional utensils grants a comfortable living experience.
The bright and spacious daily area features large windows, a convenient double sleeping sofa, a small coffee table and a TV set supported by a storage item. This space extends further inside the apartment, becoming completed by a dining section with a big dining table and a set of chairs, as well as by a state-of-the-art open-plan kitchen equipped with lots of amenities to make almost unlimited in your culinary endeavors.
To provide you with some more privacy, the apartment comes also with an atmospheric bedroom – simple and stylish, furnished with a large wardrobe and a double bed. There’s also a separate classy bathroom, offering a sink, toilet, shower and bathtub.
Important Information
The ensuite bathroom can only be accessed through the bedroom and cannot be closed off by a door, therefore keep in mind that privacy is limited.
Laurierstraat is a part of a charming network of beautiful alleys and streets intersecting throughout the whole neighborhood of the Jordaan, well-known for its unique atmosphere characterized by a relaxed mood, rich cultural offer and plenty of amazing cafés, bars and eating establishments like Bakkerij Visser, Long Pura, Café de Laurierboom or COC, to mention just a few.
Apart from that, this picturesque district is also rich with history and most amazing architecture – it’s only enough to take a short walk up the fabulous Prinsengracht to reach the magnificent Westerkerk – a significant remnant of Amsterdam’s rich religious background, featuring the highest church tower in the city (impressive 85 meters!) or the inspiring Anne Frank House – a place to delve deeper into the dark episodes of history.
If you wish to feel more ‘Dutch’ you can rent a pedal boat and change the perspective of sightseeing, and if you find it of special interest, you can visit the nearby Houseboat Museum to discover the significance of such means of transport in the culture of the Dutch. Alternatively, you can rent a bike, but we suggest a casual stroll around, as this may guarantee that you are able to make the most of your visit and to come across some really fantastic places, including spots like Electric Ladyland Museum, Begijnhof, Amsterdam Museum or the grand Dam Square marking the border of the city center.

We were very pleased with the ease of using Book Amsterdam Apartments. We booked online, received great instructions for checking in and obtaining keys from the site. When we arrived at the customer service desk at the airport (very convenient) we received very friendly and information from the personnel. The apartment was beautiful! Had all the accommodations as indicated! We would highly recommend both this site and specific apartment! Our apartment was in a fabulous location and just a few blocks from a major tram line. Enjoy your trip to Amsterdam!
