Eastern Park Apartment Suite 1 is contemporary frill at its best with a visually appealing clean and open design. It is a very chic but comfortable apartment in which you will feel very relaxed and stress-free in. The living room is a very modern white and black space with a stylish sofa that can be used as a bed, dark wooden flooring and a funky round swivel chair and coffee table. This room has lots of light coming in through the two double windows. Here you will also find a very stylish high-gloss black dining table with six white bar-style chairs and a warm lampshade hanging over it. The kitchen is a modern high-gloss grey and comes well-equipped to accommodate all your short term cooking needs. There are two bedrooms; one with a double bed and lots of wardrobe space and the other with two single beds, a large black and white painting and a desk with chair that can be used as a dressing table or as a work space. The apartment also boasts two fantastically designed bathrooms which have a bathtub and shower.
Well located in the residential Dapperbuurt area just down the road from Oosterpark which is the first large park laid out in Amsterdam in 1891 and designed to look like an English garden. The park is great for a relaxing stroll or a picnic and contains the National Slavery Monument. Just around the corner on Dapperstraat is the popular Dapper Market. About 10 minutes on foot south of the apartment is Frankendael Park where you can enjoy fine dining at Merkelbach and De Kas restaurants. Head into the Canal Belt and in 20 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by tram 9 is the popular Artis Zoo and neighbouring attractions such as the Verzetsmuseum, Hollandsche Schouwburg and the tranquil Botanical Gardens. Stay on tram 9 and you’ll soon be in the central Dam Square area. West of the apartment on tram 3 is the Pijp area in the Old South District where you can shop, dine at restaurants and cafes, go out at night or visit the most well-known Dutch market Albert Cuyp Market and try the freshly made Dutch stroopwafels.
