Colorful 1-bedroom apartment with a cozy sleeping room at the attic fit for up to 6 people, in central Amsterdam, near the canal belt. 

Do you like contrasts and colors? The Canal Holiday apartment is filled with such, having at the basis black and white which are gracefully fused with small objects of warm colors.

The living room is made of three comfortable sofas, one of which converts into a spacious double bed. This vast space with two large windows, a characteristic of the classic building it is situated in, is perfect for leisure or work, and in the winter there is a fire place waiting to be lit up. 

The kitchen makes sure that there is every appliance needed to cook any meal of your preference for as many guests that are staying in the house. There is a modern oval dining table with elegant black chairs, but not only: a small balcony with a great view of the water makes for a perfect coffee or breakfast enjoyment. 

Upstairs, in the attic, there is one double bed and two single beds at each edge near the windows. There are a few accompanying furniture to place your belongings on this perfectly separated sleeping area. There is a shower, a sink and a toilet in the chess-field like restroom. Get ready to explore, for the location of the apartment is just great!

The apartment is found at the Canal Belt, near the Museum District. It is near the four main canals of the Canal Belt built as early as the 17th century. Besides the usual walk in these canals which hold more than 1500 monumental buildings, many islands and about 1500 bridges, the location provides for easy access to the nine streets, an entertaining district for tourist activities, the posh district of Jordaan and the Dam Square.

 

The Leidseplein Square is a few minutes away walking distance. It is a good spot for many tram lines to travel the city, for shops and during the day, street artists prefer to perform their various tricks at this spot. If a fan of nightlife, Leidseplein is the place to be. Take a turn and go to Max Euweplain, where people from all over the world gather to play chess in the streets. On the same area there’s Amsterdam’s Rock Café and the best place for Chinese food, the Wagamama – definitely worth a try!

 

This neighborhood is close to the most unique attractions of the city, such as Anne Frank’s house, the Red Light District, the stations for boat tours, etc.
