Located upon the 2 floor of a recently refurbished building, the apartment oozes a stylish, roomy atmosphere. The living room, furnished with a comfy sofa, armchairs and flatscreen television, is light and airy. Wooden flooring leads you through to the contemporary kitchen where you will find everything needed to prepare a home cooked meal. An attractive dining table is also at your disposal, creating the model setting for your evening meals.
All of the apartment’s two bedrooms enjoy an abundance of natural light, which gracefully flows in from the large windows. The bedrooms consist of three double beds. Both of the bathrooms are modern and refreshing and are each fitted with a toilet, sink and shower. One bathroom boasts the addition of a luxurious bathtub. Completing this spacious abode is the delightful balcony, where you can sit and watch the world go by with a glass of wine in the evening.
